COURSE: CERTIFICATION IN COMPETENCES FOR THE FORMULATION AND DIRECTION OF EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION PROJECTS

The content of the course will be approached from the study of the international standards of the International Project Management Association (IPMA) for the development of professional skills in the formulation, direction and management of Educational Innovation projects.

PRACTICAL ASPECTS
Project-Based Learning:

- The case studies of real Educational Innovation Projects are carried out around the following areas of action of the Projects.
- Strategic Planning Projects and curriculum design of new Educational Programs.
- Projects to design teaching strategies, methods learning assets.
- Projects for the integration and evaluation of competences in Undergraduate and Postgraduate.
- Projects of Tele-teaching and use of resources based on ICT.
- Projects of Educational Cooperation University-Company-Society.
- Projects for the development of processes for the System of Quality Assurance, accreditation of degrees, evaluation of the impact of Educational Innovation Groups and Educational Innovation Projects. 

Number of hours: 120 hours
Number of theory hours: 60 hours
Number of practical hours: 60 hours

2. The Educational Innovation project and the environment
3. Integration and scope of the project.
4. Planning and programming.
5. Cost management in Project Management.
6. Quality management in Project Management.
7. Risk management in Project Management.
8. Communications management in the project.
9. Procurement and contract management.
10. Human resources management in Project Management.
11. Formulation and Direction of Research Projects.
12. Case Studies of different Research Projects: publication of research results.
